June 10th 8 am. - 3 pm.
Come join us for the second annual cruzin for a cure charity car show.
This year it will be held at the Yorkville VFW on Rt. 34 just east of Rt. 47.
Stock and modified classes from Pre 50's through present.
Huge trophies for 1st - 3rd in each class.
Best of show gets a custom designed glass award.
$15 to enter your car at the event.
There is a very rare priceless car that will be there. Al Capone's armoured '27 caddy limo that has been hidden for over 50 years and just made public. You may have seen this car on the news. It was the one used in the St. Valentines day massacre. Meet he current owners and get pictures with the car. Get in it, and heck it out.
I hope to see a lot of you all out there. It's for a great cause and all money goes directly to our local M.S. chapter.

I'd be there if I had my car running... spun a bearing in the stock bottom end so I'll be working on pulling the engine out this weekend.

nope, It was just a stock bottom end that I got out of a 99 vette. It will be built up now though... Forged LS1 going in hopefully this weekend, depending on how quickly I can get the rotating assembly balanced. Wonder what Corey charges to balance a rotator? Guess I'll have to call and find out.
