After talking with 94ta383 tonight, I think we have a game plan.
What we think would be a great idea is to keep it simple...
We would have the club name on the front, lettering only... On the back, your screen name and them under it what car, IE: Camaro, Z28, Trans am, WS6 etc...
Each person would have their own color shirt that matches your car.
Lettering on the front would be NIFBA.com in a graffiti type lettering.
Thoughts?

The design was meant to be very simple to get the ball rolling and pull ideas out of you guys.
I can keep evolving designs based on any suggestions, input and ideas to reach the end goal. I used white because it was an easy template. It's definitely not limited to that.
Let me know if you want me to keep testing.

When you start getting into pictures it starts to get expensive. From the one set of shirts we did, we found that those started to lift off the shirt as well. I like the looks of it and think it would be cool.
If we did like a bird logo under the screen name for the TA guys and a camaro logo like on the nose badge, I think we can keep the cost down and have a shirt that would last more than a few times of wearing.
When Chris was in another club in another state, they did them that way and he still has the shirts to this day in good shape. I like the idea of shirt colored to match your car to. So mine would be black with red lettering, Dan's would be grey with black, Chris, Orange and black, my Wifes white, with blue.....etc.
We have a couple places that can do the shirts and we can get pricing. I believe they would require half down with balance paid when completed.
It would be cool if your significant other if you have one wore one as well when we hit shows or gtg's as well.
Just throwing it out there and my experience with doing the shirts again.
I am also looking into small subtle stickers for the cars to put on the bottom rear Windows. Just simple lettering, maybe an 1" or 2" tall.

Jim, I think I would like to order a shirt from cafepress. The last ones I got lasted for a while and I would like to check them out again from a durability standpoint. My cost at cafepress is right around $20 per shirt. Do you have a problem with the design or logo that I made up? Or do you have a specific font you use for the NIFBA logo?

Also if you are ok with using the bird and Camaro logo, I spent quite a bit of time making the merged logo the last time I made shirts. I still have the file if you would like to use it.

Do you have an example of the logo you made? I have no problem with the design, I like the one with the city back ground, name in front.
I will post up the font style choices I like in a bit. I have to find them again. I used a thing online to make Tue current banner at the top of our website, and the fonts are downloadable.

I got the idea for the logo online from another site. I couldn't find a decent version of it online, so I re-created it. I'm sure you are familiar with it.

Also, I made the shirt I designed in Cafepress. Here is what the actual shirt would look like.

anyway, I'm going to bed. I have been up way too long as it is. If you have any ideas or critiques to make just let me know. I should be back on here sometime after 6 tonight
BTW. Cafepress gets expensive once you add an image to the back. They don't charge by size but rather whether or not they have to print the side. Price went up to $30 for a shirt with front and back...
